Construction is moving ahead on the pyramid-shaped building designed by Bjarke Ingels that's rising on West 57th Street. The structure, which will officially be called Via when it's ready for occupancy, topped out several months ago, but work continues on the exterior of the building, which the architect himself called "the lovechild of a courtyard building and a skyscraper." Recently, the design firm Dark Horse created a video—using a drone, because of course—that showcases the exterior of the development, and it's pretty cool: Watching it, you get a peek at the building's tower (which will rise to 460 feet tall), the terraces on each unit, and the courtyard, the central element of Ingels's design.
Pretty cool, right? The building is expected to be completed later this year, and pricing still has yet to be revealed for its 709 rental units.
