Back in 2010, Brownstoner spotted a listing for this four-story townhouse at 564 Henry Street in Carroll Gardens, which was being sold by owners who'd lived in the space for 35 years. (It showed in the slightly kitschy, outdated décor.) The house eventually sold for $1.8 million in 2012, and after a gut renovation, it just went back on the market this week. But now, it's split into four condos—one of which is asking as much as the house sold for three years ago. (Yes, really.) In the process of transforming the building into pricey condos, the new owners created four two-bedroom units; the ground-floor apartment comes with a rec room and a private deck, and the top floor has its own little roof deck with views of Manhattan. All four units are currently up for grabs.
