Construction began on the 39 condos at 11-35 45th Avenue in Long Island City—called, unfortunately, Liv@ Murray Park North—not so long ago, but the building is already looking close to being done. The Court Square Blog visited the site recently, and found that its dark, boxy exterior is already just about done, which means it should be on target for its 2016 completion date. As of right now, none of its apartments are on the market yet, but when sales launch (via Modern Spaces), they should begin in the $400K range.
