There's no shortage of pricey condos in Park Slope, but the construction boom seems to have cooled a little bit. Case in point: the units at 265 First, a new development between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, are apparently the first new condos to launch in the neighborhood so far this year. The development consists of three buildings with three units apiece, and the first of those hit the market this week with asking prices that start at $1.45 million. There's one unit per floor and the smallest is more than 1,000 square feet, with an additional bit of outdoor space; the top-floor units have the most space, including a roof deck and a private terrace. The units are otherwise fairly standard for luxury condos, with fancy appliances in the kitchen and bathroom; bright, airy living spaces; and an oh-so-tasteful blend of dark wood and white accents throughout.
