Jessica Chastain must be settling into her new uptown digs, because the actress has listed her Greenwich Village duplex on the rental market, Zillow reports. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 250 Mercer Street comes fully furnished and is asking $11,500/month. Chastain left the co-op behind after nabbing legendary composer Leonard Bernstein's former apartment, a pre-war co-op with resplendent woodwork and stained glass at 205 West 57th Street, in March.
