South Slope Condos Offer Nice Amenities For Premium Price

New, 7 comments

Name/Address: 192 15th Street
Developer: 192 15th Development
Size: Four apartments
Prices: from $1.495 million
Sales and Marketing: Compass

A long-empty lot on 15th Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues has given way to a new four-condo building. While that scenario is far from unheard of in New York City, what's interesting about this is that the apartments—in, yes, South Slope—are asking from a pretty steep $1.495 million (and up to $2.295 million). Granted, the two- and three-bedroom apartments are rather nice: they all come with some kind of private outdoor space, be it a patio, terrace, or rooftop, and Viking kitchen appliances, soft-close drawers, 11-foot ceilings, and four-inch plank flooring (h/t 'Stoner).
