Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
Penthouse living for under $1 million? It's possible in Hamilton Heights: a tipster passed along the listing for his new-to-market one-bedroom, which includes a 500-square-foot terrace with lower Manhattan views. The building at St. Nicholas Avenue and West 148th Street was built in 2009 and the apartment's amenities, like an Asko washer/dryer and Liebherr refrigerator, reflect that. The apartment's asking $725,000, and is under a 15-year tax abatement until 2027.
