It was just a couple of weeks ago that a rendering was revealed for Robert A.M. Stern's One Wall Street revamp, and today, YIMBY discovered a video featuring developer Harry Macklowe (who purchased the building in 2014 for a whopping $585 million) that offers more details on what the renovation will entail. The video shows the same glassy condos we've seen already, but also reveals a similarly designed retail and office space on the lower floors of the building. The changes will happen to the building's annex, which was added onto the Art Deco structure in 1961; the original building, constructed in 1929, appears to be largely unchanged by the new development.
