So here's the thing: This studio apartment is small. Like, unless you're an extreme minimalist, living there could be challenging—that kind of small. But the previous owner installed some clever design hacks in order to maximize what little bit of space there is. There's a Murphy bed, for one, so you don't have to worry about losing half of the apartment to a bed. And storage space is a non-isse: There are drawers, shelves, and closets concealed behind vaguely Ikea-ish wooden panels. The kitchen and bathroom are both of a decent size, which also helps the apartment feel less claustrophobic. So if you enjoy living small, and have $499K to spend, this could be the place for you.
