Because no slice of land is allowed to exist unbuilt in New York unless it's a park, developer Continental Ventures is moving right ahead with their condo on a sliver of a lot on the corner of Wooster and Broome streets. BuzzBuzz Home just uncovered the first interior renderings for the building at 52 Wooster Street, which make the five floor-through apartments look relatively spacious given their long, lean layouts. Arpad Baksa designed the building for the Soho Cast Iron District. Although pricing hasn't been revealed for the three- and four-bedroom apartments, the building now has a teaser site meaning it probably won't be too long before they hit the market.
