Prolific Brooklyn developer Boaz Gilad of Brookland Capital is expanding his real estate to Queens. The developer is planning two five-story apartment buildings at 16-61 and 16-71 Summerfield Street in Ridgewood, Department of Buildings filings reveal. NY YIMBY first reported on the development that will feature almost 40,000 square feet of residential space.
The two buildings will feature 28 apartments each with an average unit size of 690 square feet. Amenities in the buildings include a roof deck, a gym, and 14 parking spots for each building - nine outside and five in a garage, according to NY YIMBY.
Gilad, who co-founded Brookland Capital, had 40 planned, under construction, and finished residential projects in different parts of Brooklyn, on last count
