When complete, the ODA New York-designed condo at 100 Norfolk Street will have 38 units over 12 floors. As of now, the building halfway there, thanks to a photo posted by Bowery Boogie. A completion date hasn't been reported yet, but according to Bowery Boogie, construction stalled due to a partial collapse of the structure.
Work has, however, obviously resumed, with a construction crane assembled and metal bracing attached to the building's neighbor. Per the development's website, only a few units remain unsold, including a three-bedroom penthouse with a roof terrace. There will also be commercial space in addition to the residences.
