Morris Adjmi's High-End Noho Rentals Debut From $11,750

New, 6 comments

After no less than half a decade in development, the handsome building on the corner of Lafayette and Great Jones streets, designed by Morris Adjmi, has finally come to market. Plot twist: the development, in the city's most expensive neighborhood, is not condos, but rentals. Duly pricey rentals, at that. The 11 apartments at 11 Great Jones Street (née 372 Lafayette) start at $11,750/month for a 2BR/2.5BA, and ask up to $21,000/month for a 3BR/4.5BA penthouse with a private terrace. "11 Great Jones Street was conceived as a response to the demand for high-end rental residences in the sought-after neighborhood," Noam Shemel, founder of developer Kano Properties, said in a statement. StreetEasy currently lists 23 properties for sale, and 52 properties for rent in Noho.

All residences in 11 Great Jones are 1,300 square feet or larger with ceiling heights ranging from 10.5 to 11 feet. Design firm Voce Di handled the building's interiors. The rentals are all accessed by keyed elevator entry, have 7-inch white oak floors, come with custom shades and drapery, and are fitted with California closets. The kitchens are predictably high end with Gaggenau appliances, Carrera marble countertops and custom cabinetry by Rexa. All apartments come with a Bosch washer and dryer.
