Morris Adjmi's Boerum Hill Condos Have Topped Out

New, 3 comments

When we last checked in with Morris Adjmi's stately brick condos at 465 Pacific Street, sales had just launched—and things have progressed rather quickly since then. In the months since, the building has nearly sold out—only two of its 30 units are still available—and as of today, the building has officially reached its full height. The development is Adjmi's first condo in the borough, and according to a press release, it "combines historical context with modern creative expression"—a reference, perhaps, to the combined brick-and-steel facade that's meant to echo the low-rise townhouses found throughout the neighborhood. (Next up in the construction process: installing said facade.) The building has also achieved the distinction of the highest price per square foot of any new development in Boerum Hill.
