When we first wrote about this single family townhouse on the Upper West Side last summer, it was on the market for $18.5 million. It has since changed listing agents Douglas Elliman took over from Brown Harris Stevens, and first listed it on the market for $14.995 million in November last year. The price took another dip just over a month later, and it is now listed at $12.995 million. It's a little surprising considering the house is pretty decked out and underwent a two-year gut renovation before it went on the market. The six-bedroom home has 12 foot high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows for one. The roof comes equipped with a hot tub. The townhouse is fitted with smart home technology. And what's more, there's a garden in the back, and terraces on numerous levels of this five-story house. The townhouse is also located just half a block from Central Park on 71st Street, so it seems to have a lot going in its favor it just hasn't found a buyer yet.
