What/Where: 2BR/2BA co-op on the Upper East Side
Square Footage: 975
This Upper East Side two-bedroom has seemingly everything going for it: At 975 square feet, it's a nice size, with a not-too-wonky layout to match. It was recently renovated, with a gleaming new kitchen and bathrooms (yep, there are two), along with plenty of closet space. Unlike many of the co-ops you see in the neighborhood, it has more of a quirky, mid-century modern feel to it. And the co-op building it's located in has plenty of amenities—it's pet-friendly, with a live-in super and a laundry room. One drawback is the high maintenance (close to $1,800 per month), but it's otherwise quite a lovely little space. But now, the big question: How much do you think it's asking?
