Illusionist and endurance artist (as per Wikipedia) David Blaine is trying to part with his two-bedroom Greenwich Village co-op (h/t Observer). For a guy whose career includes being entombed in a plastic box under three tons of water for a week, and being encased, near naked, in a block of ice in Times Square for 63 hours, the little Fifth Avenue co-op is unremarkable. It is, however, perfectly nice and comes with a wood-burning fireplace, black onyx floors, and four exposures. Blaine is seeking $2.27 million for the digs after first listing the property for $1.995 million in 2013.
