There's some serious action going on in one of Brooklyn's unlikeliest neighborhoods: Sheepshead Bay. The sleepy south Brooklyn enclave is already poised to welcome its tallest tower yet, and now the Real Deal reports that another development is set to become the neighborhood's priciest condo ever by sell-out (That is, if the tower doesn't surpass it.)
Rybak Development & Construction's planned 90,000-square-foot condo will rise on the site of former neighborhood joint El Greco Diner, bringing with it 58 condos. The project is expected to bring in $77.2 million, meaning that if its offering plan is accepted the condos will have an average ask of $1.33 million. Not bad, Sheepshead Bay.
A press release announcing the bay-front development said it will have ground-floor retail, a rooftop deck, and a pool. TRD adds that it will also have 82 parking spots.
