Condo Tops Out On Central Park's Last Undeveloped Corner

New, 17 comments

Harlem's much talked about concave condo building Circa Central Park has topped out, Harlem + Bespoke reports. Located at the intersection of West 110th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard, the FXFOWLE-designed building now stands 11 stories tall.

The development features a total of 49 condos, of which 10 will be set aside for affordable housing. The Artimus Construction-developed project features one to five bedroom condos with prices starting at about $1 million. And while that might seem pricey for the neighborhood, one look at the amenities offered in the building shows you why.

Apart from the fact that it's located right across from Central Park, the building also offers residents access to remote controlled model boats that can be used at the Harlem Meer at the park.

Artimus purchased the site of the building, located at 285 West 110th Street back in 2014 for $25.5 million.
