Checking In On The Flynn, ODA's Luxe Chelsea Condo

New, 5 comments

It's been two months since ODA's Chelsea condo was officially announced, and one look at the construction site proves that the development really came out swinging. Photographer Tectonic swung by the West 18th Street site of The Flynn, IGI-USA's 11-story condo with 'tude, to find that the building is nearly complete—at least as far as its Jet Mist grey stone facade goes. (There's no mistaking that it's an ODA New York project from the looks of it.) Its progress is in keeping with the development's mid-2016 occupancy date.

Sales have yet to launch at the building, but the development's website offers up a whole bunch of renderings for the 30-condo project's interiors. The developer hasn't revealed pricing for the units, but it shouldn't be all that long before these come to market.
