Actress Tina Fey, the mastermind behind instant classic Mean Girls who is also known as Liz Lemon, has purchased yet another sprawling Upper West Side apartment with husband Jeff Richmond, the Observer reports. The modern-day royalty picked up the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom co-op at 300 West End Avenue for $9.51 million, a substantial jump from the pad's $7.5 million ask. It looks like Fey and Richmond weren't willing to be outbidthe apartment is conveniently located directly above the nearly identical co-op the duo already owns in the building. Their neighbors better firm up, because it sounds like Fey and Richmond plan on making one major duplex at the expense of some co-op-loathed construction racket.
Fey and Richmond purchased the co-op under the LLC Poskitt Del. Trust FBO Vanessa A. Cumming.
