In May, Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim listed his Upper East Side mansion for $80 million, which was $36 million more than he paid for it. But now, without a sale being recorded, 1009 Fifth Avenue is off the market, The Real Deal reported. TRD reached out to Sotheby's International Realty for further comment, but received no reply. The 20,000-square-foot home is 115-year-old. Slim, 75, known by some as the "Warren Buffet of Mexico," has a net worth of $48.8 billion, according to Forbes.
