↑A nearly 1,000-square-foot apartment in Bushwick gives bang for your buck. The three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom space gives an enormous amount of sunlight, a spacious renovated kitchen, and lots of closet space. It’s renting for $3,100 a month.

↑A fully renovated two-bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen offers 700 square of space for $3,050/month.The luxuriously modern layout includes a fair-sized living room, modest kitchen with new appliances, and huge windows.

↑Located within a small Greenpoint townhouse, a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is renting for $3,050. The apartment is clad in earth tone colors, new appliances, and even gives access to the backyard oasis.

↑$3,112 a month will rent you this Midtown West studio within a luxury building with LEED certification. The sleek apartment is equipped with a fireplace, washer/dryer unit, and a large walk-in closet that looks like something straight of an ad for The Container Store. Beware: there aren’t any listing photos of the main space, leaving it all up to the imagination.

↑This "sophisticated" Upper West Side one-bedroom with "lots of character" is complete with 10-foot vaulted ceilings, loads of exposed brick, beamed ceilings, and wood-burning fireplace. The sunny apartment is renting for $3,150 and it’s on the second floor of a walk-up building.

↑For $3,095 a month, you can live in a large sun-filled one-bedroom in Downtown Brooklyn. The kitchen, dining, and living room seamlessly blend into one another while the bedroom is comprised of floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit also has its own washer/dryer.
