Real Housewives’ Bethenney Frankel lists plus-size Tribeca condo for $6.95M

The reality TV star is parting ways with the huge Tribeca loft—with parking!—that she bought in 2011

Two years after purchasing a Soho condo for $4.2 million, it looks like Bethenny Frankel is ready to part ways with her old Tribeca pad. Variety reports that the Real Housewives star and Skinnygirl cocktail maven listed the three-bedroom Hudson Street apartment for $6.95 million, which is a whopping $2 million more than she paid for it in 2011.

Frankel formerly lived in the apartment with her now-ex-husband Jason Hoppy, but when the couple split, she snagged the loft-like Soho condo where she now resides. The sprawling loft has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and "a deeded private indoor parking spot in the building's exclusive garage," per the listing—a rarity in Manhattan real estate, of course. (Of course, the building it’s located in is plenty fancy and exclusive; two of its most famous residents are Beyoncé and Jay Z, after all.)

And perhaps unsurprisingly, Frankel enlisted celebrity broker/fellow Bravo star Fredrik Eklund to market the place, which he—of course—announced on Instagram earlier today:

It is a lovely apartment, outfitted in subdued, neutral tones and covering 3,600 square feet of space. Frankel renovated it after moving in with the help of designers Mariette Himes Gomez and Brooke Gomez, and that was, of course, filmed for TV. Aside from that private parking spot, amenities include a "spa-like" master bathroom, an enormous walk-in dressing room with "an entire wall of closets," a wine fridge, extremely high-end appliances, and solar shades throughout.
