The layout of this Williamsburg one-bedroom was a point of contention for commenters this week. “I wish there was a floor plan cuz I don’t get it,” commenter Trilby16 writes. Well, here’s some relief: we’ve wrangled a floorplan and yes, this apartment really is more like the “glorified studio” commenter modmother describes it as. The second bed pictured here is in a space off of the lofted sleeping area that’s more fitted for use as a closet. Ah, to live in New York City.
All that said, guesses this week were pretty on point. Commenter yingei hit the nail on the head with their guess of $1.25 million, and tinkun came in a close second at $1.249 million. The apartment in Williamsburg’s Factory Lofts building last sold in 2014 for $1.25 million, its asking price today. L train outage effect much?
