Take a 3-D tour of Robert A.M. Stern's Tribeca waterfront condo

The 14-story 70 Vestry will have 46 condos when it’s complete

As construction continues to move forward on Robert A.M. Stern’s Tribeca condo, 70 Vestry, Related Companies has continued to tease us with new pieces of information on the project. Last month, Curbed got a chance to tour the sales gallery for the much-talked about development, and now a tipster has informed us about a new interactive experience that lets viewers explore one of the upscale condos in the building.

If you have a pair of 3-D glasses, put them on before you make your way to the site. From the map, the condo appears to be a five-bedroom unit. The two five-bedrooms at 70 Vestry that are currently listed on the market are asking $19 million and $29.5 million respectively. The condo in the 3-D tour also comes with a massive terrace offering views of the Hudson River.

70 Vestry contains just 46 apartments spread out over 14-stories on what the sales team behind the development has called Tribeca’s last undeveloped waterfront site. Apartments here will range in size from two-to-seven-bedrooms, and will span between 1,700-square-feet to 7,000-square-feet.

The units came on the market earlier this year and Related is hoping for a sellout of nearly $700 million. The developer wouldn’t comment on how many units had sold so far.
