‘Timeless’ Murray Hill condo The Lindley gets a teaser site

The 74-unit residence “streamlines daily life”

The Lindley, the latest development from CBSK Ironstate, has launched a teaser website, offering a glimpse at the 74-unit Murray Hill condo. Designed by Rawlings architects to “streamline daily life,” the 20-story full-service building offers a range of apartments, from studios up through three-bedrooms. Prices will start in the $900,000s.

Emphasizing so-called “sensible living” (?!?) the residence comes with a host of appropriately sensible amenities, including a lounge, fitness center, 24/7 concierge service, storage, and a rooftop garden with grilling and dining areas overlooking the city skyline. Another perk: buyers in the development will qualify for 421-a tax abatements.

While inside of the building is still something of a mystery, we know that the exterior has a “facade comprised of varying shapes and shades of brick.” The building also has oversized casement-style windows, ensuring the apartments themselves have plenty of (sensible) light.

Sales are slated to begin in 2017.
