Kohn Pedersen Fox’s top-heavy Flatiron condo has revealed its first model residence, and it’s a doozy: a 4,641-square-foot 55th-floor four-bedroom apartment with predictably stunning views in all directions. The apartment is one of three on the market that isn’t in contract at Ian Bruce Eichner’s 45 East 22nd Street—48 of the building’s 83 apartments are spoken for—and is asking $20 million through Douglas Elliman.

The apartment features a nearly 40-foot wide corner living room with views onto Madison Square Park (from which the building takes the name Madison Square Park Tower), the adjacent Met Life Tower—now the New York EDITION Hotel—and the Empire State Building; an eat-in kitchen with a marble countertop and backsplash, Molteni high gloss white lacquer upper cabinetry and framed solid white oak lower cabinetry, and Miele appliances; and four-and-a-half bathrooms with marble countertops, custom wood vanities, and Waterworks fixtures.

Wallpaper* had a first peek at the apartment, with interiors by Martin Brudnizki and furnishings by designer Cheryl Eisen, but there are more photos of the apartment to be seen here.
