Seth Rogen scopes out low-key East Village pad asking $3M

The full-floor apartment has two bedrooms, and three bathrooms

Seth Rogen seems to be on the lookout for an East Coast pad. The Neighbors star and his wife, Lauren Miller scoped out a two-bedroom pad in the East Village this past week, the New York Post reports.

Located on East 1st Street, the apartment the couple looked at is in a building with six full-floor apartments, and the particular condo they were interested in is asking $3.33 million. Offering just over 1,800-square-feet of space, the apartment also comes with a home office that can be converted into a third bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private terrace.

Other standout features include a keyed-elevator entrance directly into the apartment, a quartz countertop in the kitchen, a microwave drawer, and a washer & dryer in-unit. The seven-story condo also comes with a fitness center in the building, and the apartments all range in price from $3.3 million to $3.9 million.

The condo building replaced a neighborhood Hookah bar, and is supposedly inspired by the architecture of the Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bridges.

Rogan and Miller also own a 10-acre ranch in Hollywood Hills, in Los Angeles.
