Nearly a year after it first hit the market, the spectacular (and, let’s be real, spectacularly odd) domed penthouse atop Nolita’s former police headquarters is still for sale. The price, however, hasn’t budged in some time: The unique apartment got a price chop to $35 million in February, and has remained there ever since.
The particulars for the place haven’t changed, though there are some new listings photos (and, for some reason, fewer than when it was on the market earlier this year). The rather florid listing description goes into deep detail on the apartment’s specifics, including the “majestic, circular living room” (it’s apparently “the home's grand centerpiece”), a “palatial yet serene master suite,” and the cupola itself, “one of the most unique and breathtaking spaces in all of Manhattan.”
But hey, to be fair, it is a pretty special place—how many apartments can boast their own private cupola, after all? And with four bedrooms, two terraces, two Juliet balconies, an eat-in kitchen, a sitting room, and media room, it’s not lacking in space.
There’s also a video tour that offers a far more complete look inside the space than mere photos can—check that out, along with a floorplan, below:
