Seven months ago, a pair of new buildings in Hell’s Kitchen completed a milestone as its construction topped out. Now, the 392-unit rental building has launched its teaser site, revealing that leasing will begin in 2017.

The project at 525 West 52nd Street is being designed by Handel Architects and is a part of the Clinton Urban Renewal Area. It features two buildings with one rising to 24 stories and the smaller of the two capping around 14 stories. While the site is a true teaser, not even giving a sneak preview of what the interiors are slated to look like, it does promise to offer a “luxurious amenity package,” with 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, pet spa, golf simulator, sports lounge, and much more.

The project, being developed by Taconic Investment Partners and Mitsui Fudosan Group, will offer 80 affordable apartments, while the rest will rent at market-rate, though it remains a mystery what those prices will begin around. The buildings are expecting the remaining construction to wrap up in Spring 2017.
