Ivanka Trump lists modest Park Avenue apartment for $4M

The daughter of the President-elect is offloading a Manhattan apartment

Trump-branded buildings have been losing their cachet both in the lead-up to and following the 2016 Presidential election, with many residents selling their properties and even going so far as to demand that the President-elect’s surname be removed from an Upper West Side apartment building.

And while we doubt his daughter, Ivanka, is among the folks who don’t want to be associated with the Trump name, she is currently selling one of her New York City properties—and coincidentally, it’s in Trump Park Avenue, located on Park and 59th Street. According to Luxury Listings NYC, Ivanka bought the apartment back in 2004 for just over $1 million, but transferred it to a (somewhat) anonymous LLC a year ago. Now, she’s looking to get $4.1 million for the apartment.

But Ivanka’s not abandoning the building completely: She and husband/Trump consigliere Jared Kushner still own a four-bedroom penthouse there, even though they’ve been reportedly looking at D.C. real estate. The couple has also allegedly considered purchasing one of the Puck Penthouses, which were developed by Kushner, but there’s no word on whether that’s actually happened yet—or will anytime soon, given the impending presidential transition.
