It’s been nearly two years since reality TV broker Frederik Eklund gave us all a preview of what the interiors for the Issac & Stern-designed building at 50 Clinton Street would look like, when he revealed renderings for the luxury project via Instagram. Since then, a new set of exclusive interior photos have surfaced that show how those renderings have translated into real life form.
The renderings of the DHA Capital-developed building, on what was formerly the site of restaurant WD-50, revealed that the Paris Forino-designed apartments would offer an airy, light-filled layout with high ceilings and herringbone floors. Much of that has been actualized, and now the kitchen is on full display, showing off its generous space fitted with a huge center island and a plethora of stunning dark wood cabinets. The apartment in its entirety was designed to exude “old-world chic with a modern European flair,” says its press statement.

The seven-story building has an exterior that was designed by Isaac & Stern and will house just 37 luxe units, ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. There will be three duplex apartments up for grabs. A landscaped roof deck, fitness center, and 24-hour doorman are among the building amenities that residents will be privy to.
Construction is expected to complete in early 2017.
