incExtell’s 22-story development in Soho, 70 Charlton Street, was the first project to break ground within Hudson Square following the 2013 rezoning and now, official photos of what the pricey apartments will look like have arrived.
Consisting of 92 units, from one to four bedrooms along with three penthouses, the interiors were designed to give off an aesthetic that “was driven by the downtown Soho vibe,” says its press statement. As a result, the Beyer Blinder Belle-designed building features interiors that are elegant enough to warrant some coos but subtle enough to avoid ostentatiousness.

Crafted by Workshop/APD, the interiors offer generous square footage, high ceilings, large open kitchens with a breakfast bar, and exposures that invite a lot of natural light in.
Residents will also gain access to the building’s fancy amenities of which include a 60-foot indoor swimming pool, fitness center, resident’s lounge with catering kitchen, and sports court.
Sales launched back in June 2015 for several of the units, with prices beginning at $995,000 and soaring as high as $ 11.9 million. About 11 units are still up for grabs the unfortunately, none of them are asking less than seven figures.
The building is nearing completion and will welcome residents beginning in early 2017.
