ODA's Chelsea Condos Move Forward With New Owner

New, 5 comments

More than a year ago, we showed you a rendering of an ODA New York-designed cantilevered condo at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea. According to the Commercial Observer, original developer B+B Capital has sold the property to the Italian firm Pizzarotti IBC, but the original plan—for an 11 story, 11-unit building—is going forward.

New York YIMBY reports demolition permits for the site's four-story occupant were filed in December. The building is one of several ODA New York buildings to use that cantilevered design; plus, along with the Flynn, it's one of several Chelsea buildings designed by the firm.
