Checking In on Williamsburg's Funky William Vale Hotel

New, 15 comments

One of the oddest hotels currently in development in New York City is starting to look like its renderings. Thanks to some construction photos shot on a clear blue day by Tectonic, you can see that the William Vale in Williamsburg is coming together quite nicely, complete with its lower section that looks like an upside-down version of the base of San Francisco's Transamerica Pyramid. The 21-story, 183-room hotel complete with a rooftop garden is scheduled to open sometime this year.
