Boaz Gilad to Bring Even More Apartments to Prospect-Lefferts Gardens

New, 1 comment

Boaz Gilad strikes again. The developer's firm, Brookland Capital, has filed plans for an eight-story building on Clarkson Street between Flatbush and Bedford avenues in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. YIMBY, who noticed the plans, notes that the project will be the firm's fifth in the area.

If approved, the building will stand 75 feet tall and hold 46 apartments over nearly 32,000 square feet of space. YIMBY speculates that, at an average size of 690 square feet, the building will hold studios and one-bedrooms. The building's ground floor will have parking and recreation space. It's just one of many, many buildings that Brookland Capital currently has in development in Brooklyn.
