There's still quite a while until the Anthony Bourdain-developed food hall opens at Pier 57, but Bourdain Market's Instagram account has been pretty active in interim, releasing sketches of what the new market will look like, and posting images of several food markets across the world that it will take inspiration from, Eater reports. The sketches have all been created by Roman and Williams, who are going to work on the interiors of the market. Bourdain Market will feature over 100 food stalls when it opens, and it has already teamed up with organizations like the Street Vendor Project to bring local food vendors to the international food market.

Bourdain and his co-developers are taking inspiration from markets like the Miaokou night market in Taipei, Taiwan, and the temple street night market in Hong Kong, among several others.
