Starchitect Rafael Viñoly, who designed the tallest residential building in the city, has his sites set on growing a much smaller building. He's designing a 60-foot-tall addition to 787 Eleventh Avenue in Hell's Kitchen's Automobile Row, 6sqft reported. It will bring the eight-story building to 10 stories, adding 19,784 square feet. Georgetown Companies and Bill Ackman bought the building in July and Ackman's Pershing Square Capital Management will occupy those upper floors. A new Infiniti dealership will apparently occupy the ground floor of the renovated building.
