ODA New York's Downtown Brooklyn Building Is On the Rise

New, 4 comments

Downtown Brooklyn is in the midst of a high-rise boom—Brooklyn's tallest building included—and one of the developments rising is a 28-story structure at 436 Albee Square, close to Flatbush Avenue and the City Point megaproject. Photographer Tectonic recently snapped a photo of the site (that was first shared by YIMBY), showing that construction has officially begun, and the structure is now three stories above ground. The building, designed by ODA New York, will have 150 apartments spread out over more than 120,000 square feet, along with ground-floor retail. It's one of ODA's many buildings under construction throughout NYC.
