The highly anticipated William Vale hotel in Williamsburg Brooklyn now has a website, some new renderings, and a scheduled opening in April 2016, 6sqft reports. The 21-story hotel is being developed by the Zelig Weiss-helmed Riverside Developers at an estimated cost of $130 million.
When complete the hotel will feature 183 rooms, and 40,000 square feet of retail and office space located on the lower levels of this unique and quirky building. There's also a 15,000 square-foot rooftop public park, and a swimming pool on the third floor. Gunn Landscape Architecture is working on the park, and the developer chose Albo Liberis to design the hotel.
Recent construction photos revealed that the project is nearing completion. We previously had a projected opening in March 2016, but the website for the hotel reveals an April 2016 opening.
Last month, the hotel launched a video looking at construction work on the building so far on its Instagram page.
