It was just a couple of months ago that supermodel Irina Shayk (late of Sports Illustrated's most recent swimsuit issue) put her duplex apartment at 166 Perry Street on the market for $4 million. But apparently, she wasn't looking to leave the neighborhood: the Observer reports that the model recently picked up a two-bedroom, 1,987-square-foot apartment at celebrity magnet 150 Charles Street (Bon Jovi is also a resident) for $6.1 million.
While there aren't many photos of the apartment, here's what we do know: It is, per the listing, "the only 2 Bedroom residence at 150 Charles with a private 452 square foot south facing terrace"; it also has a laundry room, schmancy appliances, a gourmet kitchen, and marble everywhere. As for her other West Village apartment, it's still hanging in there with its original asking price.
