Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
Sutton Place is not particularly well known for being an affordable place to live. That said, this cute one-bedroom, asking the NYC bargain basement price of $699,000, offers a glimmer of hope. The co-op last sold for $534,000 in 2014, and its new owner gave it a little facelift. The apartment has an updated kitchen with high-end appliances including a Viking dishwasher, a renovated bathroom, and beamed ceilings. The brokerbabble rightly calls the apartment "charming," but it also calls it "sexy" which might be pushing it a bit. Because, y'know, it's an apartment.
