One of the lower-profile skyscrapers rising on 57th Street in Midtown is quickly taking shape. Photos by NyConstructionPhoto have revealed that almost all of the facade work for the SOM-designed tower at 252 East 57th is complete.
The 65-story tower is being developed by World Wide Group and Rose Associates on a street that is mostly dominated by news of supertalls like One57 and the Nordstrom Tower.
There are a total of 93 condos in the undulating building at 252 East 57th Street, many of which are already in contract, according to StreetEasy.
Available apartments range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom condos, and prices start at $3.95 million. The largest condo currently available is a five-bedroom unit with just under 5,000 square feet of space that is asking $16.2 million.
Amenities in the building include a 75-foot swimming pool, a spa with a hydrotherapy circuit, and a dog grooming facility.
