Two side-by-side six-story, six-unit condo buildings are on their way to 436 East 13th Street and 442 East 13th Street and now, thanks to a teaser site, we have an idea of what they will look like on the inside (h/t EV Grieve).
The project, dubbed Thirteen East + West, is being developed by the Amirian Group and Bridgeton Holding and designed by Vail Associates Architects, YIMBY reported. Per the teaser site, each home will have private outdoor space, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private storage space; there'll also be two penthouses with private parking, and other perks. Units will start at $2.3 million—a number that no longer seems so outrageous for the East Village, what with the glut of luxury developments rising there.
