The former owner of the NBA team, Golden State Warriors, Chris Cohan, has purchased a two-bedroom condo at the Plaza Hotel Residences for $9.85 million, The Real Deal reports. The apartment features 2,400 square feet of space and can in fact be converted into a three-bedroom as well. The apartment features 11-foot high ceilings. The bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms, and what's more the mosaic patterned floor in the bathroom replicates that of the lobby in the Plaza Hotel. Cohan managed to score a bit of a discount on the property. It was originally listed for $11.9 million back in 2015, as per TRD. Cohan had a rather depressing run with the Golden State Warriors —for the sixteen years that he owned the team, they had a 14-season losing record. He sold the team in 2010 for $450 million. And last year, the Golden State Warriors won the NBA Championship.
