New Details for McDonald's-Replacing Park Slope Condos

New, 16 comments

The corner of First Street and Fourth Avenue in Park Slope that was once home to a McDonald's is slowly but surely transforming into a condo building that's set to launch sales as soon as this spring. Initially known by the address 275 Fourth Avenue, the development is now called 251 First Street, and a teaser website just launched to generate interest in the property. The building is being developed by a team that includes Adam America Real Estate, Slate Property Group, and China Vanke (which came on last year), with ODA New York on board as architects.

There will be 44 two- to four-bedroom apartments spread over the building's 11 floors, with amenities like a roof deck, "party room," children's playroom, and fitness center all included. Condos will start at $1.3 million, and construction should be finished by this year.
