But a piece in the New York Post reveals some tidbits about the development, namely that sales will launch as soon as next week for its 16 units, which will be priced from $4.62 million to $22 million. There's also a new rendering for the project's interiors, showing off a living room with high ceilings and huge windows.
The Post's piece is all about living on "secret" streets in New York City, like Pomander Walk on the Upper West Side or Grace Court in Brooklyn Heights. Thanks to its location on Great Jones Alley, with a private entrance facing that small, Belgian block-lined pathway, this new development fits the bill.
