Former Brooklyn Nets player Deron Williams is still trying to sell his gigantic Tribeca penthouse that was originally listed on the market for $33.5 million in August last year. But with no buyers eight months on, the asking price has now been reduced by $2.5 million to $31 million, The Real Deal reports.
The six-bedroom penthouse located atop 35 North Moore Street, also known as the Merchant's House features 7,200 square feet of space. Just some of the epic features of this apartment include 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, a sky-lit great room with a 17-foot ceiling, and a wine room that can fit 300 bottles.
Since the summer of 2015, Williams has been playing for the Dallas Mavericks.
