A 48-unit condo building has topped out in Clinton Hill, and with it developers have launched the teaser site for the property which goes by 500 Waverly, 6sqft reports.
The GKV Architects-designed building features apartments that range from studios to four-bedrooms, and many of the units feature private outdoor space. Prices start from the upper $500,000s.
Orange Management is developing the project, which also features a landscaped roof terrace, on-site parking, a fitness room, and bicycle storage.
The site was previously a parking lot until Orange Management purchased it in 2013 for just over $9 million.
The condo building is ideally situated just a short walk away from the Barclay's Center. Sales are expected to launch in May.
